Staying consistent with living our core value of ‘Innovation Next Generation Thinking’, SSi Artificial Lift is pleased to introduce our most recent client-partner collaboration: SSi Smart Lift Academy.

We asked ourselves how we could support a first class, standardized, education and training program for our client’s personnel. With the ever-changing employment climate and current barriers to travel, we were driven to find a solution for our clients’ changing needs.

SSi Training objectives:

  • Efficiently and safely operate our equipment
  • Offer a complete curriculum with updated practices
  • Aid producers in fully capitalizing on the key features of the SSi Smart Speed Logic II

After being with SSi Lift for 8 years and working in roles of service, business development, and training (in both Canada & US), Steven McNeil, based in Midland, TX, has eagerly adopted the exciting role of Director, Client Training and Development.

The team has created a three-part training program that’s focused on providing an in-depth knowledge of our unit and highlighting our premium auto-optimization software, Smart Speed Logic 2.

Since launching in May, 20 students have completed Level 1, and dates have been scheduled with various companies for their personnel to move on to Level 2.  With a combination of in field, virtual, and classroom options, SSi offers a versatile program complete with troubleshooting and optimization certification in Level 3. The course also includes a visit to the manufacturing facility in Calgary, AB, Canada, complete with a celebratory dinner, special events, and a full technology gift and awards package.

  • Navigation of HMI, stroke, and speed changes
